Publications for 2007-2008

i.  Good News Afghanistan , A Monthly Magazine in Pashto and Dari languages with an yearly version in English
The monthly magazine will generate reports of major achievements in different government ministries and donor agencies.  It will specifically narrate how the different developments have affected the life of ordinary Afghans in a positive manner.

ii. Afghanistan Socio Economic Survey (Quarterly Journal)
The Quarterly Journal will include the following three components:

a.  Research Program Output
Working Paper on Potential Exportable Commodities in Rural Afghanistan
Poverty Assessment Report of Chardhi District of Kabul
Introductory Booklet on Political Parties in Afghanistan
Working Paper on Evaluation of Foreign Aid in Afghanistan from the perspective of ordinary citizens
Case Study Report on Alternative Livelihood in the three provinces of Afghanistan: Balkh, Nangarhar and Herat

b.  Short Thematic Reports
Based on the discussions of conferences, workshops and other related activities the CFPP will generate short thematic reports with specific set of recommendations

c. External Research Papers
This section will be for the researchers of the CFPP who would like to publish their works in the Socio Economic Survey.
